After this, Paris Principles of 1991, Vienna resolving power and Progarmme of movement 1993 and UN General Assembly of 1993, alone endorsed the need of “independent, responsible and lo ving” NHRIs. Within home also the Government of India was approach unrelenting criticisms for alleged violations of Human Rights in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Asam.
